Gypsy came along also:)
Yesterday we had the chance to spend some time at Corazon De Angel (Rehab center). 30 girls call it home. What a beautiful place.
They still struggle to meet basic needs and yet lives are being transformed.
Last week we visited churches and schools in the Las Vegas area to try and get more kids down here next year! It was so cool to chat with different pastors about what is happening in their city and around the world. Next month we will visit Phoenix area. Let us know if you have a church you want us to visit!
The week before last we spent 7 days in Germany. We visited a couple YWAM bases and caught up with some friends.
We also visited with refugees and refugee ministries. Germany has taken in well over a million refugees just in the last 2 years. Countries all around the world are also being bombarded with the question: Do we let refugees into our country?. Even here in Baja Mexico we have a refugee problem.

Two friends from Iran had us over for dinner. Incredible stories and faith. They had no table so we ate on the floor, then we made our beds right where we ate! Good times and great people!
We’ve had refugees coming to north Baja from southern Latin America countries for decades, but now, recently thousands of people from Haiti and from Africa have come to Mexico trying to get into the Untied States.
Our time in Germany was incredible. It provided us with a better understanding of the Refugee Crisis and what people are doing.
I will never forget the stories we were told by refugees who fled their home. One husband and wife with their 3 month old WALKED from Afghanistan to Germany and only traveled by night to avoid detection! Chances are wherever you live, refugees have settled near you. Even all across the US. Let’s seek them out and make friends with them. What an amazing opportunity to share the Gospel.
Next week we will be in San Diego. Along with 20 other people planning the theme for next year’s Mission Adventures. Please pray with us as we prepare for the students who will come serve with us next year.
Also pray for us as we have been traveling quite a bit and feel like we haven’t accomplished much at home. So much to do!

On Sept. 18th We celebrated 6 years of Marriage:) We took our dogs and explored a local beach spot!
Love you two. That’s the first most interesting newsletter I’ve read in ages. Straight to the point and challenging too. Can’t wait to see you again.
