Fall is finally here after several super hot months here in Baja. The cooler weather is very much welcome (by cooler i mean its now a high 70 degrees)! 

We have officially moved down to Ensenada! Currently we are staying in a YWAM apartment (Ronnie with his handyman skills has made it very homey) Come the busy season next Spring, however, our apartment will be needed to house students. So we are still on the hunt for a permanent place to call our own. Please pray that the right place opens up.

What have we been up to? A lot actually. Moved to Ensenada. Helped build a couple homes with Homes of Hope. Hosted our last Mission Adventure cycle of the year – a super awesome team from Indiana! The Ranch, which is a rehab facility, has a bunch of dogs who are great therapy for the men and women. Unfortunately, all of them had ticks and mange. An awesome Vet from Knoxville donated meds for the dogs. Our friend Michelle came with us one afternoon to treat the Ranch’s canine companions. We spent a week in San Diego with several other Mission Adventure Directors from other YWAM bases around the country- we prayed, planned and came up with a theme for the 2016 Mission Adventure season! Jamie is helping design some of the artwork for the theme. Last week Ronnie was given the opportunity to teach the book of Judges in the CSBS in Tijuana. The CSBS is a 9 month bible school where students spend the entire time reading through the bible and studying it inductively. 

This week we will be attending a conference in Tijuana. Then this Friday we will be leaving to take a road trip. Six of us YWAMer’s will be driving up the coast of California all the way to Seattle! We will be stopping at churches and schools along the way to promote and recruit for Mission Adventures! We come back to Mexico just in time for Thanksgiving.

For Christmas this year we will be driving back to Tennessee and Ohio to visit friends and family and raise support! Looking forward to seeing you all!

Please keep us in your prayers as we will be doing lots of travel over the next few months. Also please pray that will find a place to rent here in Ensenada.
