Greetings from Tijuana, Mexico! Jamie and I have been praying about where we will serve now that we are officially apart of YWAM. YWAM operates in 180 countries around the world! We both have been touched by the city and people of Tijuana and God has laid it on our hearts to commit and staff here in TJ for the next 2 years!!! We are super excited! We have been working with some local ministries (La Roca homeless Shelter and a couple Orphanages).  Jamie will be able to use her art in several ways, she is planning to teach art classes in orphanages and to kids here on base. She is currently working in the preschool on base as well. We also have been working with a pastor from La Roca (homeless shelter) who is trying to get us a license from the Mexican government so we can paint murals in the city. A large part of Tijuana is known as a dirty, trashy, graffiti covered place. The idea is to use some of the homeless men and woman living at the shelter to help with the projects. Ronnie will be working with Homes of Hope and helping with various construction projects at churches and orphanages. He will also be teaching/speaking for Mission Adventures and a few local chuches. There is no shortage of things to do here. We are so excited about this next season in our lives. The homeless in Tijuana is a staggering number. Heroin is cheap and abundant. Underage sex trafficking is a huge problem as well. We hope and pray God will use us to bring light to these places and people. It is going to be challenging, demanding, and difficult, but the rewards are tremendous. We will need your help. We need people praying for us everyday. There is a spiritual bondage in Tijuana that we face everyday. We would love for you to partner with us here in Tijuana.  We need help with our monthly financial support.
