Wednesday afternoon we finally crossed into Tijuana, Mexico! Our trip from Ohio to Tijuana was awesome! No car trouble! Praise Jesus!!! We were able to see friends and family In Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas and Texas! We are so grateful to have such amazing friends and family, you all were so encouraging and we can’t thank you enough. We are blessed in so many ways by you guys and it means the world knowing you will be praying for us.

We are settled into our little efficiency room/apt. After a month of traveling its going to be nice sleeping in the same bed for a change.

There are currently several different schools and training going on here at the YWAM base. It has a unique college campus feel to the base here. A ton of high schoolers are here for Mission adventures- a part of YWAM that does short-term mission trips. The base is packed full of students and families. We are super excited to continue to develop relationships with everyone here.

We camped in the desert a couple nights on our way from Bastrop, TX to Mexico. One night it was so windy we had to park our car at an angle and place our bags under the car to create a barrier from the wind! We we woke up we were covered in sand and dirt:( It was pretty gross.  But the stars were so super bright!

It was hard to leave Silas and Lotus behind. We will miss them very much!
